Dr. Jennifer Sparks Taylor co-leads USC Marshall’s Center for Effective Organizations, working with sponsors, clients, and research scientists to advance organizational effectiveness.
With over 30 years in marketing, branding, and customer relationship management across industries like automotive, healthcare, retail, and entertainment, she brings a brand-driven, customer-centric perspective to her work.
Her research focuses on structured reflection and responsible leadership in global teams — an interest that grew into The Human Loop: Leading with Reflection in the Age of AI, a book and research initiative from her doctoral work.
Jennifer holds a B.S. in Business Administration from USC Marshall and an EdD in Organizational Change & Leadership from USC Rossier.
